Collect text, images, GPS information, signatures and more, you can even take photos and mark them up in the field. You can select forms from the ProofSafe library or create your own.
ProofSafe does not rely on a phone or internet connection, the App is responsive and quick saving you time in the field, information always remains secure, data is then uploaded when you're in range.
ProofSafe digital forms are exceptional for field based research and organisations managing safety compliance in the workplace, however the ProofSafe forms can be used for any survey or data collection function - from ecological studies to student assessments or asset management to warehouse stocktakes. Auto options and quick selection lists save time in the field whilst using our API to amalgamate data eliminates mistakes and data re-entry.
OHS / WHS – Proof Safe makes workplace safety much simpler, teams can quickly complete Pre-start checks, JSA’s, SWMS, and field audits and managers can view and work with the data easily. Communication between managers and the team can also be incorporated to ensure everyone is well informed and operating as safely as possible.
You can share your pdf documents within the app - you may want your team to have access to MSDS's, SOP's, manuals or instructions. These digital documents are stored in the device and accessed through ProofSafe.
The Proof Safe interface is simple to use and configure to your needs. Users of the digital forms can select their favourites so they are immediately ready or they can sort them into various folders. Once a survey or form is completed the results are listed, sorted and uploaded as required.
